Music just made my day, everything had seemed rather stressful and irritated. Everyone was on edge. And I was driving in a car going 65 on the interstate. So I played the radio, 105.1 to be exact, and the car's tense atmosphere relaxed almost instantaneously.
What more proof do you need?
Music is wondrous and relaxes the nerves.
